The Granville - Canterbury

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The steak we had was delicious and a great value. The restaurant feels safe and follows COVID guidelines diligently. It's unfortunate that it's closed again due to lockdown, but it's understandable. We love everything about Granville.

Lovely pre-birthday celebration meal at a celebrity spot, just in time for Lockdown 2. The food was fantastic and I can't wait to go back.

The food was delicious, but the only issue was that we had requested a table for 3:30 p.m. We arrived on time at 2:15 p.m. and were seated by 2:50 p.m., so we didn't feel rushed. Unfortunately, we didn't have any appetizers and only had dessert and coffee. We left at 4 p.m.

Granville is a great night with great food and friendly staff.

Food quality not as high as previous. Ordered the sirloin steak not a great cut, a bit thin, small and quite a bit of fat. Came with just a tomato, some wilted rocket and a side fat chips (which were good as usual).
