The Whitstable Charcoal Grill

I strongly disagree with the negative reviews about the food at this restaurant. The mixed doner is excellent and the chilli sauce is top-notch. I have no complaints about the food. However, I am perplexed by the rude and unpleasant attitude of the staff. It wouldn't hurt them to smile at customers once in a while. I always try to be polite and friendly, understanding that they are busy and working hard. But their demeanor is making me reconsider whether I want to continue dining here.

Do not bother spending your money here. It would be better to just throw £30 in the trash. We waited for over an hour for terrible food. It was cold and dried out. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have always had a lovely kebab with this place and the chilli sauce is so good .and they havent let me down when they deliver aswell good people

Wow, the food from this place is amazing! Perfect kebabs, crispy chips and chilli sauce to die for! It has taken a long time for us to find a decent kebab shop in Whitstable and now we will only be going to this place !

Ordered a chicken shish kebab as a delivery and the photo is what I got! Telephoned to advise there must have been a mix up and was shouted at and was told I got what I ordered! This isn’t the first time time this has happened either! Keep away from this place as everything about them is disgusting! Dreadful food, dreadful customer service!
