Feedback gevenThe drive-thru was chaotic. Cars received their orders out of sequence, forcing those who ordered earlier to wait. Due to the single-file layout, vehicles couldn't exit until those ahead had been served, causing further delays and frustration.
Today was my first ever having a bad experience with chick fil a because there so sweet and respectful but today I came out to get lunch with my brother and we did a carry out order. Unfortunately while I was taking my chicken wrap out I seen a piece of hair sitting on top of my food. I took it out the clear container to make sure I was seeing it right and unfortunately it was . I was very disappointed.
Went through the drive through, the young man helping us was very sweet. He told us about him and his mother experiencing homelessness last year, and he was thankful for the job. He was funny and kind. The food was fresh and the lady at the window was kind.
What on earth is going on at this location? Their customer service has gone way downhill. One of their employees is not only unfriendly, he is downright rude and disrespectful. I have never dealt with this before at any Chick-fil-a location before. It’s sad how quickly this location is changing for the worse. I hope they can get their employee hiring under control quickly and start to recover. Warm bodies are not the answer to staffing shortages. I was in the drive thru to pick up my small mobile order and he told me to move one lane over. And the proceeded to let 7 cars go thru before me before coming back to take my order (which was just a mobile order). Then when I communicated my displeasure of him making me move to the other lane and letting all of these other cars in front of me, he spoke over me loudly. I would stop and let him finish and then start speaking and he would talk over me again.
I dont know how this location has such high ratings. Every single time I order something is missing or wrong. I ordered uber and legit no dressing for my salad. Seriously???
