Chili's Grill - Canton

I work here and used to eat here every so often. Employees are great as well management. It's clean and the music is good.

I went to chills today.My experience wasn’t the best.When I first walked in it was a good start. The lady showed us to are table. It was nice.The waitress came up to us. My husband asked where the drinks were she was very vage she just flipped over the menu.That was just a start to the bad experiences.After that she proceeded to take our orders. We got the nachos. As we were waiting for the food,We weren’t tended to in-till we made this issue apparent.She brang us the chips and left the sauce on the table and wouldn’t refill it until we asked her and made sure to charge us extra.Towards the end she still wasn't acting attentive and walked past our table.And also to mention not once did she offer to refill my drink.Although she refill my husband and daughters drinks.At the end she said It was more then she expected and it was a-lot for her.Though she was being nice around the time the check was coming around.That was the first and last time I will go to chillis I knew I should’ve gotten a Big Mac

Good food and our waitress was excellent I will definitely be back

Food was great, service was fast, orders were done correctly and the margherita was on point.

Food was tolerable but cold. Service was great, atmospher was dirty
