Kfc - Canton

This KFC is great! The sandwiches are tasty and well-made. The last time I ordered a family meal through the app, I noticed that part of my order was missing when I got home. However, the manager was incredibly kind and made sure to help me. I definitely recommend this KFC because they really take care of their customers and the staff is very friendly.

I hope one of the managers sees this. All the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet today. It's clear they go above and beyond. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. Jamie, the new employee, was particularly friendly to an older gentleman ahead of me. She was genuinely warm and helpful, making a real difference for him. It’s refreshing to see such kindness and patience in today’s hectic world. I will definitely be coming back to eat here! Great job, team! Management should be proud of their work!

I had a 3-piece KFC meal for lunch today. I opted for the 3-piece box because it included two chicken breasts, which is much better than getting one breast and two small wings. The chicken was excellent! However, I found the mashed potatoes to be lacking; they didn't taste like real potatoes, so I'll skip them next time. I think I should have received two sides instead, but I only got potatoes with a weird texture in the box. I couldn't identify the third piece of chicken—it looked strange, almost like a knob with some bones sticking out, so I decided not to eat it. Overall, I'm definitely in favor of the chicken!

I used coupons at Everhard KFC over the past couple of weeks, and I had a great experience. The food was hot (which has been hit or miss at other fast food places), tasted delicious, and the customer service was excellent.

I walked in, placed my order on a touchscreen, paid with my phone, and waited for less than five minutes. The staff was great; she even checked to see if I needed any extra sauces, which I really appreciated since I'm serious about my sauces. The interior was clean, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'd definitely give it five stars!
