Mcdonald's - Canton

I ordered via the kiosk and our hot food was delivered by a very friendly and polite employee. The restaurant was clean however both the bathrooms were messy, with the men's room being the worst. Our biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was blowing very hard and it was very cold. We actually considered taking our food and eating in the car, that's how cold it was on a day already in the 40s.

As usual this location gives mediocre to poor performance. Faster than normal service this visit at the cost of ingredients thrown onto the sandwiches at all odd angles requiring a full rebuild and scraping of cheese from the wrapper. Add stale buns and I received the level of experience I expected. My occasional visits are trading convenience for the hope that this will be the trip that surprises me with competence.

This place is decent. It's a bit slow like all the other locations. But it's McDonald's, so what do you expect?

The restaurant closed early, even earlier than on weeknights. There was no explanation given at the drive-thru or on the doors.

The staff at this restaurant are truly kind and welcoming. Their friendly demeanor was a pleasant surprise.
