Subway - Canton

Lady accused me for a turkey sub who was $7 when I actually got a BLT and when I asked her about it, she said it was the same price! If you see it up, a BLT foot is 5.50. And she gave me only 4 pieces of bacon! Never go back.

I hate to publish this, but I have placed an order with the mobile app. The time was preset and processed before I had the opportunity to change the pickup time. I called the store and all the calls go directly to Voicemail and the mailbox is full. I had to call Subway company so that they were looking for a cancellation order. But they told me they could not cancel (if they could contact the store (and nobody answers). A they could do was email the owner and consult the situation and ask for cancellation. It will take 2 days before I know if they were able to connect. This is pathetic!

The workers have terrible attitudes! I'll never go there.

Sandwiches are badly made, half cold. Mostly vegetables, stingy with every sauce, meat, cheese, etc. Server seemed like it was a big task to add a must to a sandwich.

Today a server told me they were completely out of most breads and wraps. When I proceeded to order anyway she got very angry like I was ruining her night. I had three small children with her so I was surprised at the way she was grunting about my order. Then, I noticed that they did have wraps hiding under the bread. I told her that I would also like a wrap and it was like the end of the world to her. Attitude is an understatement. I asked as politely as I could if I did something wrong to cause her behavior and she proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong. I was so surprised by her behavior that I asked my kids to go have a seat so they wouldn't witness how horrible humans can be. As for the review, I figured the store owner would.like to know that they have an employee that give customers attitude for ordering the product. The girl proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know how to wrap a tortilla and butchered it. Each of the sandwiches we're wrapped so poorly that my kids sandwiches we're open in the wrapper by the time we got home.
