Feedback gevenI have been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for 12 years and I must say, tonight I received the best customer service. The drive-thru employee, Lal U, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond for me. This worker is exceptional and deserves recognition - he must be a personal trainer or manager. His level of service is unparalleled in the fast food industry. If Taco Bell doesn't appreciate his dedication, another company surely will. If he ever decides to leave the restaurant industry, I will be sure to offer him a job at my company. Taco Bell, you better keep an eye on him because he truly takes care of his customers.
The pleasant and friendly service, along with adherence to Covid-19 guidelines, put a smile on my face. The tacos were crispy and intact, and the soft tacos were refreshing, filled with the perfect balance of acidity, saltiness, and tomato. They satisfied my guilty pleasure and were available late. Thank you for the friendly, fast, and high-quality service. I will definitely be back soon!
Tonight, Taco Bell/KFC does not deserve even one star due to the behavior of one person, Regina. She was extremely rude and hateful towards me, more so than anyone I have ever encountered. I have heard complaints about her from many people, but had never experienced it firsthand until tonight. She greeted me with disrespect and continuously interrupted me during my order. When I finally decided on a chicken chalupa, she screamed at me and told me to leave the property. I eat here regularly with my children, but until Regina is replaced, I will not be returning. It is clear that she is not a good manager and the employees have also had negative experiences with her. Let's get rid of this bad apple and do better, Taco Bell. Regina, I hope you find happiness in your life, being rude will not get you anywhere. I will pray for you.
As a Doordash driver, I made a special trip to deliver an order to Taco Bell. Arriving just two minutes before the scheduled time, I attempted to knock on the door but decided to use the drive-through instead. Unfortunately, I was informed that the restaurant had just closed and my order had been canceled. I had made a special effort to deliver a $17 order, only to have the store close abruptly without any compensation for my time or gas expenses. I can only imagine the disappointment of the customer. The person at the drive-thru seemed either intoxicated or under the influence, which struck me as unprofessional. It is disappointing and unprofessional for a business to shut down before closing time when they have orders to fulfill. LJ
This Taco Bell location is consistently the worst in the chain. The KFC side often runs out of chicken, and my orders are never correct. The food quality is consistently low, even for Taco Bell standards, and I have to ask for sauce multiple times before I actually receive it. I wish I lived closer to a different location.
