We needed something quick and simple the toasted breakfast burritos were perfect!

Never got to order she shut drive thru down and I called manager hung up on me I called back she didn't not have enough respect to give her name just kept hanging up.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for a mobile order, and when I got to the box, they said they have the order ready waited another 10 minutes to get to the window for them to tell me that they never started it and had me pull around again. I waited for another 15 minutes for my order to be wrong. The lady at the window was so rude and was cussing at her coworkers for them to hurry up. In the end I waited for 45 minutes and got two orders both of them were wrong and not even my order. They refused to give me a refund, so I wasted 15 bucks and got tired of the rude service and wrong orders so I went somewhere else instead.

This location is closest to where I am which is why I go to this one. The food is terrible it’s (almost) always stale. Either this location gets bad food or doesn’t check dates. Or maybe they don’t clean the grills and appliances properly. Also the older middle aged black woman at the window who works during the day is rude. She never says a word she takes your card or money and then practically throws the bag of food at you and won’t even look at you and she knows she can get away with it because she works fast food. I eat here maybe 2-3 times in one month and my order gets messed up every time. Stuff is always missing or the ride lady at the drive thru doesn’t pay attention and give me my second bag. I’ve learned now to check my food for quality and quantity before I even leave the parking lot so that I don’t have to keep going back or calling back to make it right. They need new management for sure. Also I understand this area is all the slums but one night I stopped for cinnamon twists and half the crew were outside at the tables smoking weed and you could smell it in the drive thru. That’s the problem too we don’t hire elders with work ethic we hire stoners who can’t tie a shoe lace.
