Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Spoke to Asa (supposedly the manager) regarding the items missed in my order I picked up in the drive through. As well as discussing their employee that did not secure the lids on drinks causing a mess in my vehicle. Asa is not cut out to be a manager or is even qualified to work in fast food. Asa didn’t seem to care as he didn’t attempt to fix the issue nor offer a resolution. I cannot recommend this location and Asa might want to consider another line of work as this is apparently to difficult of a job for his lack of skill set.

If i could give a zero star review i 100% would. I brought my family here for dinner before we went to see Christmas lights and man was that a mistake. Lets start with the young lady running the register in my 20 years of management i would never put here around customers. She absolutely look and acted like she absolutely hated her job and life. Once we got our food ordered which was all meals i went to fill the drinks for my husband,son and myself. To my surprise they were out of coke,sprite,fanta and everything that wasn't zero sugar. I am not exaggerating here they were literally out of 98% of the drinks on the soda machine. I go to the girl at the register and ask if they had anything on the coke machine they use and she said no we don't. Now the fact that you have nothing to drink in your restaurant other then sugar free and water you would figure they would tell the customers......well they didn't. At this point i was beyond mad bc if i new they were out of drinks we would have gone somewhere else filing! So we take our food to the car drive down the road to the gas station and i buy drinks. Absolutely ridiculous seeing as i just spent 30+ dollars on meals. When i finally got to eat my chicken tenders they were so hard i couldn't chew them. I definitely will be filing a report with the BBB so more people are know to stay away from this location.

I visted this establishment and their service was the best out all the zaxby's I've been to. I was helped alot by the tall teenager. Great place to eat

Stopped in on Veterans Day and c was told they are not participating in the Veterans Day Sandwich today. I'll cross Zaxby-s off my list is restaurants to eat at the other 364 days a year.

Waited 13 minutes to get my food that was dumped in a box it had sauce all over the bag. Very terrible service. The worst experience. I’ve had do not recommend this.
