Fat Boy's Bbq - Canyon

A decent BBQ, I had a windscreen board. The bride was good, well smoked and tender. I think it was a 4 ounce for $16, the beans were good. I didn't like the Cole Slav, I prefer sweetheart and it wasn't. My son had the brisket aftero $19. It had the chips, beans, brisket, covered with cheese. He thought it was really good. It is a popular place, they usually sell quite early a day.

Delicious. I have the Hank Special. Great brisket, spicy sausage and Bbq sauce. The bungalow was so good. Very impressed with the food. The old guy behind the counter was not super friendly and I think couldn't hear well.

Kidnapped in fat boys. Potato salad tastes like mustard, Brisket is dry and tastes pampered and the staff are from hell. I will not come back because of the rude employees and evil food.

Had the choped brisket back potato included cheese, sour cream BBQ sauce. Had no acidic cream. Potato was tender, but only a hint on the hard side, but still good. Meat was not as delicate as I prefer. Could use more sauce. Some other concerns that the bug type was there. Admittedly, it was 45min until closing, but a customer in the dining room... also they, where already there should start completion work again, until no one in the dining room. Could be a little cleaner. However, I will guarantee food quality.

I used to eat here almost daily about 14 years ago, but man has this place gone downhill. We walked in, the two staff behind the counter did NOT greet us, or acknowledge us, in any way. One of them just stared blankly, never saying a single word. When we inquired about an item on the menu, she still wouldn't even talk to us and just nodded. No smile, no nothing, just a blank nod. Last time we ate there about 6 months ago, the pulled pork was dry, bland, and pretty terrible anyway, but we wanted to give them another chance, but after not even being greeted, smiled at or spoken to, we left. That is NOT good customer service at all. We left and went across to subway.
