Schlotzsky's - Canyon

I thought it was about to be a good experience, but now I’m in tears. I waited 33 minutes for my flatbread, while seeing a huge group get their food 10mins before me when they ordered after me. I tried to bring it to the cashier’s attention, just to be heard (she was nice before), and I was met with a nasty attitude. I waited a total of 40 minutes altogether, and I would not have ordered if I knew it was going to take that long.And I wasn’t heard. That’s what I wanted.

It's not an atmosphere place! Food was great, manager Regina took great care of us, with the staff! We were traveling w a large group of boys, and the food was ready quickly, and it was great. Def a good place to stop for fresh healthy food.

Why only one type of bread for sandwiches...what happened to the Rye?
