Paul and his employees are incredibly professional. The food is incredible. Some of the best grills in the entire state of Texas. Make sure to get the corn green beans and macaroni and cheese. The Brisket is what Brisket should be. I also like her barbecue sauce. Very recommended food in this facility

Paul is a great dirt on Earth that goes out of his way to support veterans in the ReForged Blacksmith Shop. He is personal and takes time from his busy schedule to his colleagues Veterans as well as First Responders with some of the best BBQ and pages you are here in San Antonio. I am glad to have made his acquaintance and very glad to have had the opportunity to enjoy his meal. It is tasteful, well prepared and presented. I would be anyone looking for a great tasting Texas Home Style BBQ at their event to give Paul a call and give him and his staff the opportunity to take care of the meal for you.

The ribs kick in the ass exactly right season, slim and damp! BBQ beef slices exactly right - with a large smoke ring prefect, crust, and not to fat. The sauce has the right favor. I'll give them the thumb up.
