Silver Sage Grille - Canyon Lake

This is a fantastic restaurant tucked away near the shores of Canyon Lakes. I'm so glad we discovered it! The red fish was the best I've ever had, and the fish tacos were outstanding as well! I usually skip dessert, but I couldn’t resist trying the key lime cake, which was just as impressive. I would gladly drive from Blanco, New Braunfels, Johnson City, or Spring Branch just to eat here. The staff is prompt, friendly, and delivers great service. They also have a nice selection of wines. Definitely worth the trip!

I can't say enough good things about this little gem! The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is incredible, and the service is top-notch. I tried the pecan-crusted chicken, while my husband enjoyed the Greek salad with grilled chicken. We also sampled a fantastic glass of Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc (2009, New Zealand). Our server, Randy, was excellent both times we visited—so good that we had to go back! He was entertaining without compromising the outstanding service. We stumbled upon this place by accident after another local restaurant was too busy for a Saturday night. I'm so glad we did! It’s definitely on our must-visit list!

Excellent. Great food, great service, friendly staff. The banana pudding is incredible. Angus burger is awesome. It is obvious they is attention to detail and use only the best ingredients.

We had one of the best anniversary dinners ever at Silver Sage, where my husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. He ordered the Pontchartrain (Redfish), while I chose the Mahi Mahi entrée. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked, from the fish to the rice pilaf and vegetables. We capped off our meal with a slice of lime cake, which was the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience! To top it all off, the service and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. We've found a new favorite restaurant in our area and can’t wait to return for lunch!

Much more than what I expected in Canyon Lake. The food was very good, especially the pig's stall. Service was excellent. It's just a week to be here, but it might have time to come back here.
