Tommy Zmoke Barbecue - Canyon Lake

Learned I should have probably called ahead of time because it does take a while... BUT!! With that said, this stuff is the absolute best! It took a little bit of time because of the fact that this dude made all the sides from scratch right in front of me! Brisket was so complex my pallet was dancing all over the place! Will definitely recommend! Food: 5

Not happy with what I received tonight. I understand it was late but what we got was not acceptable. Brisket was tough steak. didn't order chicken so not sure what we were missing that that replaced.. I have no idea what looked like bacon cheese thing was but im assuming it was the jalapeño bombers. that was absolutely disgusting. Kids ended up going to the gas station to get snacks.. we will not be ordering from you again. and I'm really disappointed that I spent 160$ for that.

Amazing barbecue. Meet was amazing, and you could tell Tommy took great pride in his craft. He gave us a free sample plate while we were waiting. Don't miss this in that Canyon Lake area Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Brisket Plate, Potato Salad
