Diedrich Espresso Bothell - Canyon Park

It looks like this location is closed. I drove up the other day because I haven't been in a while and was missing their toddy shots. I'm so sad. It reminds me of HOME because it came from the Skagit county area. There is another location further north that I can go to but on a match less frequent basis.

It was great! I do have to say that the drinks are a bit on the pricey side. $7.57 for a special seasonal drink was on the level where I’m deciding whether continuing to drink coffee is a responsible financial decision. With tip with was almost $9. 9 dollars, are you kidding?!?! Also, the owner needs to do more about the employees working in a building infested with bees and wasps. Not ok to drive up and see at least 30 swarming around the inside while they try to work. Very sweet employees, but come on, owner needs to do way better taking care of their people. They’re the ones making you money, wasp traps are like $15. Maybe. I can even link one for you here if you’d like. Take care of your employees, or maybe come work a day with them to experience what they go through 8 hours a day. Great employees, again, owner needs to do better.

They make the best coffee! I go put of my way to come here.

I sent my little sister here to pick up 3 drinks for us. The barista charged her for five (mistakes happen it’s life, understandable) but what upsets me is how rude the barista was to my sister. She came home crying and couldn’t even drink her drink. We both work as baristas at other coffee places so we understand how things are but you NEVER blame a customer and make them cry???? I come here every morning and I have never had an issue with any of the baristas so that’s why I was so shocked when my sister was in tears. She also gave her the wrong drink and said that since my sister didn’t order it probably she can’t remake it. I have the baristas name but I have no idea who to call about this. I couldn’t find a number so I’m hoping someone can contact me about this situation because it’s not okay.

I have been to this stand many times considering I live 1 block away. However there is no in-between with baristas. Some make really make good drinks, some don't. This location however has become very disappointing. This is the third time this month I have waited 20 minutes just to end up leaving, I never once saw the barista hand the customer any beverage or food, instead they just talk and talk and talk.
