Feedback gevenI forgot a calzone I didn’t realized was ordered kyana was extremely helpful, and also explained that they’re making dough that day for pizza which is why I stupidly over cooked my pizza. Isn’t really ideal for how I cook my pizza personally but my girlfriend and daughter absolutely loved the fresh dough. They even honored the calzone I missed until Friday! Amazing customer service and explained why my pizza came as cheese rather than with toppings. Their system messed up the order but it charged correctly. So can’t complain.
Sorriest-looking pizza I've ever had! Got a large, two-topping pizza, and it felt light when I picked it up. After I cooked it, I realized that there was barely any cheese on it, with the whole thing being about a millimeter thick. Not to mention that the crust was all mangled. This was NOT a thin-crust pizza, either! I've been going to this location for almost 7 years, and I do realize that inflation/shrink-flation happens, but if this is the quality of pizza I get for $14, I'd rather get a frozen one.
Entirely wrong order for my pizza. Did not put any of the toppings for a cowboy pizza. Just cheese and sauce. This place is going downhill quick. Luckily I was refunded.
Customer service is awful here! I ordered pizza and monkey bread online. I went to pick it up, walked in the door, and only one person was out front helping someone else at the back, but there was no acknowledgment or anything remotely friendly. I looked around and noticed the signs for pickup, so I helped myself to my pizza but forgot my monkey bread. I called the store, and they told me to come back and get it. So, the next day, I went in to get my monkey bread. Once again, there was only one person working out front, and she was wrapping a pizza. She did look up but then started wrapping again. Not a welcome in , or, can I help you was offered. So, I explained why I was there, and without saying a word, she pointed her finger, not sure what she was pointing at, I turned around, sure enough there was a cooler behind me where they kept the monkey bread. Not one word was spoken from her, just a pointing finger. It was awkward! As I turned around, she said, Have a nice day. I just stared at her and left without saying a word. Hopefully, she felt some of what I experienced by her rudeness! I do pay for customer service; It 's built into the price and tip. I will NEVER return to this location! p.s. the pizza was not that great, I haven 't tried the monkey bread yet.
Please don’t go here. This is my third time picking up from this location with no issues but this last time I found hair in my pizza. I pulled it out and was just about to put it in the oven and found another one. They forgot to put me on hold and started yelling in the background using vulgar language for about 5 minutes. I told him id like a refund and they said they don’t do that and will remake it and to bring back the old one. So I had no choice but to go back which then was told to point out the hair and talked to so rudely and had to wait while they remade my pizza in front of me. I felt so small and so disrespected while I just sat there waiting for my dinner.
