Feedback gevenWe did a take out on a weekday. 30% of regular price. You can never go wrong with super supreme. Lots of toppings, the crust is crispy. Probably will order with extra cheese next time.
First experience, I select the option to have an employee bring it out to my car. I get there and the email link doesn 't work to check in, so I call. They don 't come out. I call again. They again can 't find me. They finally found me after a third attempt. The pizza was cold and the crust was burnt.After this experience, I reached out and I was promised the next time I order and use my phone number, a $15 credit will be applied. So yesterday I placed an order, and surprise surprise, the $15 did NOT come off. Just like I knew it wouldn 't. I got a fairly good deal so I wasn 't going to worry about it too much.So this time I selected it to be delivered so that I wouldn 't deal with a repeat of the previous time. However, the delivery person (A Dasher was 15 minutes late in delivering my order. Why have an option of selecting a time if it 's just going to be late anyway? I scheduled this WAY in advance. I also selected No Contact Delivery but of course they ignored this. Why have THIS option if they 're going to ignore it anyway?To top it off, the crust was burnt... again. I 'll attach a picture. It 's not the worst and it tasted fine, but I can 't imagine people prefer their crust this way. I certainly don 't.I 've already completed a survey about this recent experience if whoever manages this wants to reach back out. But for now, beyond disappointed. The food is fine, but they just don 't know how to get it to me in the manner I tell them to. It 's beyond frustrating.Parking: Good luck finding a spot around dinner time. It 's also a smaller parking lot as well.

DELIVERY NEVER SHOWED UP. Don't even bother with this place, the people that work there don't care a sign of bad management.After a failed dinner recipe experiment, I called pizza hut to save us the effort of trying again. The guy said it would be 30 minutes. Cool. We were starving but beggars can't be choosers. 50 minutes go by. No delivery, no call or update. I called them, and the automated phone service simply said that our order had been cancelled. No explanation, no phone call to let us know, nothing. If I hadn't called, we'd be sitting and waiting for over an hour before resorting to scrounging our understocked pre vacation fridge. Gimme a break. If you cancel my order, at least call me to let me know.
