Tim Hortons - Cap-Aux-Meules

I love the ambiance of this restaurant, but I wish the staff would speed up a bit. Every time I come here, there seems to be an issue with the service being slow, and this visit was no exception.

I recently visited a Tim Horton's and was disappointed by the slow service due to the lack of English-speaking staff. It would greatly improve the customer experience if they had bilingual employees.

SLOWest service ever at a Tims. If you were a local you were lucky and got waited on quickly, a visitor like ourselves, we waited and waited. We were wondering during what was wrong with us? Staff did not speak English so this was very...frustrating and we did t get what we wanted. This rest needs to hire more bilingual staff if you want happy visitors

We have dined at Tim Hortons several times for a quick breakfast. They are bilingual, speaking both French and English, which makes for seamless communication.

I never had to wait 15 minutes to serve 2 coffees. I'm sorry for the locals who don't have a choice but to go to this. Saturday morning 7:00 clock and the line was the whole way to the door, only 1 person. in the money and the orders at the same time, they avoid all costs!
