L’Estacade in Bordeaux is an excellent spot for an aperitif or a sunset dinner date. I was truly blown away by the meal. The fresh veggie carpaccio was light, crisp, and refreshing—everything you want from a summer salad. The scallops were cooked to perfection, served alongside a generous portion of pearled couscous with pesto and guanciale that was both flavorful and filling. The service was pleasant, adding to the overall experience. Plus, no reservation is required, making it a convenient and delightful choice for a memorable evening.

Une bonne soirée, l’accueil est chaleureux et les plats sont délicieux. Une très belle adresse sur la rive droite. Plusieurs repas et jamais déçu.
