Pile ou Face - Capbreton

The new owners of this little gem by the beach in CapBreton will make you feel welcome. Lovely restaurant with a sunny terrace. Great, friendly service, they took us in when we arrived at 13:30 for lunch next door and were refused. Great lunch menu with regional products and a mix of French/basque flavours for €14.50. The rest of the à la carte menu looked original and tasty. Great, friendly service and a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Food was excellent and service by the two ladies was superb with smiles all round. A “must” for anyone in the area

Quiet to start with but it was a Wednesday night, good service, all quick and efficient, had a beer and relaxed for a moment.

We went for dinner (entree,mains,dessert) and everything we had was delicious and fresh. Great service as well, the waiter there explained the entire menu to us in English. Best meal we’ve had in a long time.

This is a lovely restaurant just off the beach/marina. Nice inside and good outdoor space if weather is good. Good menu and a great value 3 course lunch for €14.50 including a drink (sadly unavailable today) so we had mussels, chips and a cold beer! Lovely. Will be coming back.
