Cold Stone Creamery - Cape Coral

I took my two-year-old son to this restaurant for his first visit, hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. We felt rushed the entire time. The server who attended to us was not only disorganized but also seemed indifferent, throwing things around and rolling her eyes. There were three employees present, and every one of them wore a name tag except for her. I usually don’t write reviews, but her behavior was exceptionally unprofessional. I won't be returning to this location; I went out of my way to visit, and it was a terrible experience. The rudeness was completely unnecessary. On a positive note, the other two employees were friendly. However, after reading other reviews, it appears that the owner is not concerned about these issues.

This is the best ice cream shop in Cape Coral! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were very helpful. I really enjoyed their selection of ice cream cakes. It’s definitely worth the money!

This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Each flavor has a unique taste, and it's so smooth and creamy—like eating clouds. I highly recommend this place, especially on tough days!

I?m not one to complain but this is a HEALTH HAZARD warning. My wife went and bought a birthday cake at this Cold Stone location in Cape Coral. The small Oreo cake she ordered had a CHEMICAL TASTE and SMELL. The taste resembled hand sanitizer. Verydisgusting and disturbing. Trying to have the remaining cake analyzed by a reliable lab and have spoke to a attorney. I can?teven believe this is possible.

This visit was the worst. I have a nut allergy so they have to prepare my order in the back. Today I was served soup ice cream. The employee failed to inform me that the ice cream wasn?t frozen. It was so melted it was dripping Dow the cup. The ingredientsweren?t chopped up very well. It appears just thrown in. I don?t know if I will go back.
