Dunkin' - Cape Coral

Had to have a ghost pfeffer donut. was not disappointed!

We ordered today a hot chocolate with cream and we got hot milk water with cream without chocolate order 576) also the server in the window wearing his face mask only over the mouth not nose wrong)

Consistently gets my drive--thru order wrong, or does not even put it in the pocket.

15 minutes waiting for 2 wurstei and cheese. I asked about the waiting and received a shrug, very disappointed as I am always here.

I don?t often go to Dunkin? Donuts but I figured I would try it out today. Wow was I disappointed the young lady that waited on me was friendly asked what I would like and I said 6 donuts. Another WOW when she took my money with gloves on and then turned around with the same gloves after handling dirty money and just grabbed the donuts with those gloves. Needless to say I throw away the donuts and I will not be visiting this location again. Just dirty to do something like that retrain retrain retrain these kids.
