Feedback gevenThe food is amazing, and the service is usually fine. However, our most recent experience was quite disappointing. We visited for my husband's birthday around 2 PM, which is not during their lunch or dinner rush. When I asked the server a question, her response was, "I'll let you figure it out; I'll come back." Despite having several servers and only a few tables occupied, it took us two hours to get through our meal! Our waitress seemed more interested in disappearing than in doing her job. Perhaps if she took her AirPods out, she could focus better! The food is enjoyable, but don't plan anything for after your meal because you might be stuck there for a while. To clarify my earlier comment, from the moment we were seated until we paid and left should NOT have taken two hours. Does that make sense to you?
During a recent takeout order, my experience with her was terrible. Initially, I thought she was just a server, so I was surprised to learn she was the manager. The adage “treat others the way you want to be treated” could not be more relevant here. My Grubhub order was not late; it was ready when I arrived. However, she was arguing about a coffee that she spilled and tried to hand to me without remaking it. When I asked her to fix it, her attitude was uncalled for. It’s disappointing to see false responses being generated; it suggests dishonesty on the part of the management. This business is clearly struggling. I reached out to Grubhub immediately after leaving, and it appears that there are multiple complaints about this restaurant already. The way the management responds to reviews is disheartening—they cannot accept criticism or take responsibility for the issues that arise. It may be time for them to consider whether this line of work is truly suitable for them. Assuming that delivery is all I do shows a lack of understanding on their part. Instead of fixating on personal attacks, they should focus on improving their business and the subpar food they’re serving. Perhaps if they spent less time talking and more time problem-solving, they could create a better environment for both employees and customers alike. Lastly, I have my own beliefs and relationship with the Lord, and if hers is sincere, she should seek guidance on how to handle challenging situations with humility. Wishing her well, despite this experience.
After eating here many times I came in very early today before any lunch crowd with my End of Life Service dog. (Stage 4 cancer patient), and although the restaurant was basically empty my Service Dog and I were refused service. I showed them his papers and they said they didn't care. Much better food and compassionate service down pine island road at many other places who will now get my business.
This restaurant is always delicious! If you're looking for great Mexican food, this is the place to be.
I highly recommend?a familiar place to go. Everyone are friendly and the food is delicious.
