Feedback gevenI ordered last night about the app about 6:20 clock. about an hour later our order appeared. I called and the person I spoke with said that doordash forgot to take our order, they are short occupied and do not know when someone will be available to take it, but we were next. we waited another hour and called back to cancel our order. while we wanted to cancel, we were suspended. call them back and jeff answered the phone and confirmed that our order was canceled. at no point was there an apology or try to make it right. it's like they don't care if we have our order or canceled it. very bad service! I will never order from this again. I have also submitted a complaint on jets korportate website.
Bought 2 pizzas and a cookie. Spent $57.00 on 2 pizzas and a damn cookie. Pizzas were raw and undercooked and cookie was burnt. Worst customer service ever. Finally spoke to the manager and she argued with me about making the situation right. She then gave me the run around and offered me a store credit which I did Not want. I wanted a refund. We argued back and forth and she then told me she would refund but i ?WASNT ALLOWED TO ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.? absolutely worst experience ever. Only reason I gave 1 star was because I couldn?t leave negative stars. S.A.D
I've ordered large deliveries (13 pizzas, salads, deserts, etc. from this location multiple times for customer events and they are always great! They deliver on time and are always extremely helpful if I need to change/add to an order after it's placed. Definitely a group favorite from us!
Love the food but I'm utterly unimpressed with the service. Ordered delivery and got the wrong order. Whatever mistakes happen. Called the store and they said the driver was on the way back. Waited 30 minutes and called again. Was told for a second time a driver was on the way and was assured my food would be warm. 2 and a half hours after ordering called for a refund and was told that there was never anyone on the way. Here's hoping the refund actually goes through. ????? Don't understand why they felt the need to lie twice instead of just fixing the mistake.
We've always enjoyed Jet's pizza. No problems until the last time we ordered delivery. Delivery driver showed up, we paid plus tip. We thought the delivery driver left. A few moments later, he rang our doorbell again and stated he had lost part of our payment between our door and his car $20. And he needed another $20 from us. So just beware. Will never order delivery from there again. Only will pick up from now on.
