I waited a long time for my vodka martini and the appetizer took forever to come out. The food arrived only minutes after the appetizer, and my flash-seared Tuna was raw and ice cold, similar to tuna tartar with wasabi on the side like sushi. They offered to replace it with something else, but I didn't want to wait while my wife ate on her birthday, so I ate it anyway. Everyone else received warm bread and butter shortly after ordering, but we had to ask multiple times for ours. Overall, the conservative meals, appetizers, and cocktails could use some improvement.
