Feedback gevenToday was so busy in the cape coral Sams and I was trying to get my app to work for self check out. One of the Sam's employees stopped to help me get my app to work with out even asking me. That was really nice especially how busy it was in the store.
Very disappointing. Delivery was not delivered. When asking why they didn’t know. No attempt to make it right. We’re business customers since 6 years. That not how you treat your customers.
I haven’t had a membership in a few years! This place is awesome convenient and the price point is spot on especially for meats and cheese and wine selections. The staff is friendly and helpful and like the self check out.
We have been with Sam's for 5 years and the treatment we received today leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I had renewed my membership 9/19, and upon out next visit to the store it was not working. We had a receipt but the customer service said my name was taken off the account. They called the manager, Mike, who basically said there was nothing they could do and he took my card saying I had no right to it. I stepped to the side to call the main account holder who said they didn't take my name off. The manager then came back and threatened to get security to escort us out unless we got a new membership. They said they couldn't refund the original fee or waive the new fee so we basically paid twice. Awful experience and nearly makes me not want to go back.
This is a really amazing store. The customer service is great, the employees generally are very helpful and friendly, the only complaint I would have is the floral department. The floral department does really stupid things sometimes that make me scratch my head. I don't know if this is everybody or just the people that put out the displays,The floral department when they put off the seasonal items they constantly block off their refrigerators which hold the vases. So you know if you wanted to grab some vases you can't do it because you have to call somebody to get a pallet jack and move everything around. They did this for mother's Day and they did this for labor day.Not only that, I asked them at one point when they would be getting more vases and they seemed apathetic about answering any of my questions and/or didn't care and they were just there to do a job.Had to ask the customer service in the front and get a supervisor to find the answers I needed which I did.Other than this one department everything else is great. No complaints whatsoever, I shop here all the time, I go here all the time for clients.
