I would give zero stars if I could. The staff were extremely slow and rude, and after waiting 30 minutes, I still didn't receive my food. It's no surprise why they work at Wendy's.
This restaurant is far from impressive. The quality of the food is akin to fast food, and the staff seem disinterested. It might just be a reflection of the times, but consider this a heads-up. If you're willing to wait 15-20 minutes in a drive-thru line for mediocre food, then by all means go ahead. McDonald's seems to do a better job of maintaining their service standards. The same road, the same quality—just cross the street to McDonald's instead.
About a month ago I stopped with a group of friends at this place while we were on a trip and I can honestly say that it is one of the best almost food experiences I ever had. we went by chance after the lobby had closed and not only the staff let us use the baths, they also let us order our food directly in us and even offered us a table. everyone who works there was very polite and eating was simply the best I ever had from a wendy. I wish I had got the names of the people behind the counter because you were young brilliant!
I ordered for delivery a single cheeseburger and a loaded baked potato. When it got here it was stone cold. The bun on the burger was so hard. The potato was cold as ice if possible. Totally unacceptable. I could not either and even after trying to reheat it was awful. Never again.
