Arby's - Cape Girardeau

We ordered 4 buffalo chicken sliders and a regular roast beef. The chicken sliders had nothing on them. There was barely any ranch and there was no buffalo sauce. It was not the first time we have received sliders made incorrectly. We asked about a senior discount as well as we were under the understanding it is supposed to be 10%. We were told only with an AARP card. Per the website with the AARP card it is a 15% and we should have gotten the10%. Very disappointed as we eat here several times per week

Check your bags before pulling off! Went through drive thru a little after 11pm, ordered a few sandwiches, sides. Paid and drove home to realize that I didn't get half of what I ordered. Almost ten dollars worth of food they shorted me. Guy working the window was not friendly at all

I'll let picture speak for itself. This is my third time in a row of bad experience in Arby's.

Did a drive thru order amd I have zero complaints. The ladies at the window were nice and even obliged my last minute request for a pup cup for my husky that I forgot to order at the speaker. Everything was delicious and up to standards.
