But this time we saw picture of this Spicy Pork Intestine and it looked so yummy but we weren’t sure. We decided to try it anyway along with our other regular favorite items. First we were hesitated to try it because it didn’t look like it is fried (I forgot to ask waitress if it is fried or not). The answer is it was not fried. Oh man it was very spicy but so perfect for our taste. It was unexpectedly super delicious. I highly recommend it to you if you can handle spicy. We always order sweet and sour soup too but we didn’t like it here. It was too sweet and so yellow in color. That was our disappointment. But other food were great!
Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, very clean and upkept. The food was average to below average in comparison to similar local restaurants, and quite expensive compared to those same restaurants.
I honestly thought with all of the positive reviews that this was going to be great Chinese food. We were in for a big surprise. This was, without a doubt, the worse Chinese food I have ever eaten. Everything we ordered looked and tasted like it was pre canned food. Nothing had a genuine, fresh taste. The Mongolian Beef had the darkest, thickest gravy I have ever seen. The chicken in the combo fried rice didn't even look like nor even had the texture of chicken. Like I didn't even know there was a thing as fake chicken. My wife said her food looked like vomit. Sorry, but never again.
Definitely date night material, one of the best places around. The atmosphere is amazing, there are litte origami everywhere. The waitress was amazing and sweet. She took the time to explain the different courts without complaint. The food was absolutely amazing, the orange chicken tasted fresh and was crunchy. The Singapore rice noodles had mild spices and delightful. We also had the dumping lapsed, which was also very good.
Our service at Chan's was the first prize. We had the vegetable frits and crab gangoon and it was hot and delicious. Always a go-to for great Chinese cuisine!
