Waiting for 120 ounces of coffee is ridiculous. No time to help the customer find out that touchscreen is broken to order. Why do people waste their money to this place
I drive from the bus to WaWa and back because returning bad food is not an option for me. Don't waste your time or money at the one in Courthouse. Every night, there are only one or two coffee flavors available, and for the second time, I received old, cold, hard fries. Most nights, I have to wait for the staff to finish their conversations before I can get served.
The new store looks good, but the service has really expired. I went the other day and ordered a simple roasted turkey sandwich on wheat. When I came home, I opened the sandwich and the only thing that was right was the turkey! They called my number and I checked the slip so I know it was my order. When I called to let them know they apologized and said they would replace it. I thought everything was good, but when I came in, it seemed to be a problem. I went to the cash register as I was told, and she didn't believe me. She said she lets me do this this time, but she didn't write anything about it. I pulled out my phone and told her the exact time I got the call log. She said that was another shift. Dealing with customers is not so difficult. I worked for years of customer service. It is not my fault for the employees mistakes and I should not be questioned if I do it right.
After being asked to step out of line while everyone else was served, I decided to wait a few minutes before approaching the deli and requesting to speak with a manager. It was only then that they finally fetched the Juul cartridges from the back. This level of customer service was incredibly poor. I can't believe we were told to step aside while others were taken care of, especially when it seemed like no one was willing to assist the cashier who was struggling. Additionally, a week or so prior, we had asked for Mint flavor cartridges and were mistakenly given cucumber instead by the same cashier. We brought them back unopened, hoping to exchange them for the correct flavor, but we were told there are no refunds or exchanges after their error. This experience has left me frustrated. I love Wawa and typically spend around $20 to $30 a day there, but this particular location has provided terrible service.
