Good ordering experience with the Kiosk. Service can be a bit slow on delivery. Flavor profile and quality are not always consistent. Store level hygiene of the dine in area needs alot more work. When busy, the wait times can be longer than expected. Overall staff friendliness and customer centricity are underwhelming and a bit dull. Regardless of the preference and standards mentioned above , you can still get warm,familiar flavoured Kentucky Fried Chiken. Drive through option is then best.

I order online regularly and it's amazing! 15 minutes max and my food gets delivered to my door. Thank you KFC pelican park, you're amazing!

They okay always getting fresh out the fryer meals, coming in hot,hot. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected especially on paid day. Overall they make the best dunk wings compared to most of KFC

First few times i went there after it opened was really bad service. But lately service has improved. The managers number is on the receipt they forgot to give me street wise 2 and when i whatsapped the manager she responded immediately even though she wasn't on duty. Lately also every time you go in there you get a smile and friendly service. Some cashiers dont however majority do. Its pleasant place to visit which I do weekly

Friendly and professional staff. Kfc was clean, food was served with a smile and the staff was willing, yet showed patience, when helping the customer before me who had two special needs children. That is rare seeing that I visited after 7pm
