Debonairs Pizza - Cape Town

Debonairs brackenfell has been my goal for years, especially because the delivery service is good. eating comes at my door in less than 30min as soon as the order is placed. Never eat disappointed!

I put an order for a Cram Decker pizza. I asked for certain toppings such as tomatoes, onions and peppers to be removed. And then be replaced by additional Feta cheese. When I paid for my order and then I found out that certain toppings were removed, but the additional feta was not added as I asked the lady twice and even confirm my order. When I talked to the manager, she said I'm sorry, but the call center logged the order. When I turned my back, they and their staff made jokes behind my back, which is very unprofessional from a big company. My pizza had very little toppings and the lower layer almost had no toppings at all. Also for a manager to make fun of customers and staff, laugh and talk behind the back. I'm sorry you'll never see my money again! I am going to appeal to Hello Peter and on Facebook and Twitter Ekt. Debonairs Your service and your staff suck in Brackenfell branch. I called the call center to file a complaint and tell them the story. The Call Center said they'd come back to me after 5 minutes as they need to check the phone calls they never did. Bad service and bad pizza stay far away from them if you don't want to be disappointed.

The pizza was damaged and no diced tomatoes requested.

Ordered 2x triple decker pizza's online.Hard ,dried- out pizza that was actually just about 3 layers of dough with hardly any topping or sauce between the layers. Arrogant manager that refused to apologize for the pathetic quality and service. It's a no for me and I will never support them again!

Online order…. Waited an hour, then called in to customer care. Spoke to someone who can’t understand anything. Had to repeat my phone number around 15 times!!!!! It’s been 1 hour and 20 minutes. Still got no reply. The restaurant phone was just ringing. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Probably the worst service ever. No one can reply or help me tracking my order Eventually when I asked for a manager because they can’t speak english it seems, the guy hung up…. This is so messed up. Can’t get any details for a refund, so I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND Debonairs Pizza Brackenfell. Btw…still waiting after 1 hour and 40 minutes I also didn’t order on peak time
