This is one of the best smoothies I have ever tasted.

I absolutely adore the women who prepare the delicious and healthy food at Osumo. Their Breakfast Bircher is simply the best I've ever had.

I hope that osumo will start offering reusable, paper, or compostable straws soon.

Beautiful place to have a fast healthy meal. they have a few green juices bonus points! there are not enough vegan options yet, but to be fair, they have more than most places in Cape Town. I'm buying kale chips from them. yum! practical that they keep a timeline to inform themselves about local intelligence. good price. great value for money.
