True Italic - Cape Town

This was my fifth visit to True Italic, and the food has consistently been outstanding. I've never experienced poor service, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend booking a table in advance to ensure you don't miss out. The menu changes frequently, and the portion sizes are just right. Anyone giving this restaurant a one-star rating should know that oversized meals with unlimited sugary drinks are readily available at many places nearby. The gnocchi is exceptional, and the small starter platter is more than enough for three people to share.

The burrata cheese and the homemade pasta were absolutely delightful... you made me feel so welcomed! I will definitely be returning!

I really enjoy the cuisine and artistic decor of this restaurant. It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere at True Italic, making it a lovely place to dine. I highly recommend it! The chef is very friendly and attentive to the customers, and the staff is equally welcoming. Plus, the service is quick! I truly love this restaurant!

Some of the best pasta I have ever had in South Africa
