Wimpy - Cape Town

I was very impressed to eat here. I usually don't like many carbs. the waitress that served me, told me I could order salat with my roasted sandwich. eating was great and personal was friendly

The food was tasty, but I was let down by the presentation. The service was very slow and the waitress was not friendly, though she was professional. I would rate the cleanliness as a 7 out of 10, as I had to switch tables due to the lack of sweeping and cleaning after the previous customers.

My experience at WIMY at the Golden Acre Mall in Cape Town was one of the worst I've had. We ordered a Mix Grill and waited nearly 55 minutes for it to arrive, only to be served ice cold. We refused to accept it and decided to leave. Unfortunately, the service was terrible; the lady who took our order turned out to be the manageress. We had waited from 13:00 to 14:30, and things only seemed to be getting worse. Perhaps due to complacency?

We had a terrible experience at Wimpy in Golden Acre today. It was a disgrace. When we arrived around 12:00, the waiter ignored us and the Supervisor seemed busy with her voicenotes. We decided to leave and come back later, but that was a mistake. We returned at 15:30 and they were already mopping the floors. We were rushed to a dirty table and pressured to opt for take away, even though they were not closing until 16:30. The service was unprofessional and shameful. We ordered a Hashbrown meal but did not receive any Hashbrown. The other meals, Avo on toast, were satisfactory. I would not recommend Wimpy Golden Acre to anyone.

My sister told me last week that the wimpy in the golden acre halaal was cast. I was there today and had served an excellent breakfast 12:20. the best touch. thanks to caroline for an absolute attentive service.
