Feedback gevenI have been going to this subway for years. Today they had a new manager in there that was fixing my sandwich right. The new young girl was doing fine with my sandwich and the manager ask her to stop and go on the register. I give kudos to the new girl. You will fix my sandwich for now on
I placed an order for delivery at this location over an hour ago. First red flag was when they charged my card for the order but never sent me a confirmation email or sent me to a confirmation page on the website to review my order. I've been calling to check the status of my order for 45 minutes, the phone rings 3 times, no answer, goes straight to a voice mailbox that is full. What the he!! kind of business are they running??! Now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge because of their trash a business practices because I know they're not coming. Don't waste your time ordering from this location
Thought would give them a second chance and again the way sandwiches are made here is terrible horrible and messy. Please improve the way employees prepare food. It's sloppy and needs training. Anything that goes in toaster is Always burnt and has to be redone. Unacceptable!!!! Yuck to THIS LOCATION.!!!
This subway never has old Bay seasoning At one time they did. But now , I ask they say we don 't have any. They also need to change their gloves after each process when touching the equipment and touching the bread with the same gloves. I asked the Technician to change his gloves after making someone else sandwich, he looked at me as if he saw a ghost, or I was there to rob him. Think twice.
Not sure why I was getting asked what's the difference between how many cuts my sandwich has when I'm the one that's going to be eating it but I had to walk out without the sub because it was made in a way I did not ask for. I may try again in the future but for now I stand by my review.
