Pizza at this restaurant is great if you're looking for a traditional meal!?

Came in from out of town. Never been in before. There are tables and employees so one would assume they come to your table and you place your order. Well we sat for about ten minutes without a word spoken to us. Kinda weird. Figured it out so went to counter and ordered. Nice enough young lady. Told to pay up front. I don’t do that so she said ok. Sat down. One other table of 8 people or so screaming like outdoors at a football game. I mean I could not hear my lady friend across from me. Unbelievably loud screaming top of their lungs. Waited for 49 minutes. Nothing. My lady friend tried to find someone to see what or how much longer. Could not. So we left. Which somehow produced an employee asking if we paid. Same lady that took our alleged order lol. Told her been inside for an hour no without any food do we left. Absolutely unacceptable.

A cool pizza place in Olde Town Clinton. Great good. A handful of craft beers on tap. Very friendly staff!

I received extremely bad customer service. I placed an online order for a medium pizza, used my debit card for payment. When i arrived to pick my order up i was informed that my food was given to another customer by mistake. The associate wasn’t apologic to the error she had made. She offer to make another pizza but i informed her that i didnt have time to wait and to credit my card. She stated she voided the transaction but when i made it home to check my account transcation wasnt voided. I called back to the resturant to speak to a manger and she informed me that it was voided and it wasnt nothing else they could do and to contact my bank.
