El Toro - Capitola

Got a burrito from here and was honestly kinda disappointed. The burrito was not nearly as flavorful as I expected it to be, which is fine, but it was abysmal as leftovers. I love to have Round 2 on my burritos the next meal, but this one was gross and soggy.

Unfortunately I was disappointed in the food. Most of the food seemed Americanized and it lacked flavor. I was unsatisfied. Though service was really good, the food was not good enough for me to return. This has to be be my least favorite Mexican restaurant that I have ever been to.

I've been here twice, once in 2019, and once in 2021. Both times I've had the best prawn enchiladas I've ever had in my life, definitely worth a visit.

I couldn't eat another bite! I love bringing my family to this favorite Mexican spot in Capitola. I always order the Chile Verde because it reminds me of my mother's delicious dish. Everyone in my family loves their meals here. Thank you, El Toro! We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent delicious food, wonderful personalized service felt like I was in a friend's kitchen. You also have a dedicated vegan menu. Veggie friendly sponges. Her chicken and meat dishes were also really fresh and delicious. Get the Chimichangas and the Guac
