The almond croissant cookie was the best cookie i’ve ever had. perfectly chewy, crunchy on the edges, not too sweet. perfect size so you get a good balance between edges and middle.also got the gouda roast beef sandwich. it was actually really refreshing and not too heavy. the juicy heirloom tomatoes and crunchy lettuce pair so well with the roast beef. it also has the perfect amount of dijon mustard to go with it. the bread was buttery and delicious but i might prefer a lighter bread with less accent because the inside is so good. still a solid 9/10service was good the lady with dark hair pink sparkly eyeshadow was super kind :
Must stop. It’s always busy but don’t worry they are efficient as heck. Tip: have everything written out so when they call your number everything goes smoothly. They do both sweet and savory well. Get a sandwich and a cookie for the road or They do have a seating area.
Wow!!! I've been coming to Gayles for years; they never disappoint! I wish I could remember the names of the pasties I bought. I posted some pictures. Creme Brulee, cinnamon roll and baguette sour dough not pictured. So delicios!!!
The pastries all looked delicious, however they did not have one thing that was vegan. The deli had two items that were marked vegan: some kind of Powerball and some kind of wrap. I thought I was going to die looking at all those incredible pastries and nothing for me...
