Delle Poste - CAPO D'ORLANDO

I loved being a regular at Bar delle Poste during my 3 weeks in Capo D’Orlando. Although I’m a traditionalist and mostly stuck to lemon granita with a brioche for breakfast or snack, my family and I did try and fully recommend their assortment of granita, coffee, cannoli, gelato cakes and cones, Nutella-filled and pistachio cream-filled croissants! Yum.

We stopped by multiple times during our stay in Capo D'Orlando. Good Coffee and decent pastries. The pistachio Granita was alright, I prefer the Gelato. Our Aunt had the Tiramisu, which she thought wasn't worth ordering again.

Great gelato. All flavours are very good. Good service. Run by owners for decades. We go there at every opportunity when in Sicily. A place to come back to !!

For 13 years is a fixed stage during our holidays, both for breakfast and for a little relaxation in the afternoon. the quality of the products is simply fantastic, huge variety of choice, courtesy and professionalism of the staff are inexplicable. a thank you felt to everyone for how they always make us feel at home even if we are tourists.

For a short break of a few minutes after the beach or shopping in the center of capo, you can enjoy with the ice, pastries but especially the granite of the post bar. choices are not very wide in taste, but quality is there. lemon, strawberry, fishing, coffee or chocolate, you will have to take the panna that goes with and a good rabbit to have a good time! small terrace in the street for smokers. miam!
