Pleasant hotel with pleasant structural conditions. Very poor meals. Poorly made and with very little variety. Frozen vegetables and packaged fruit. And cold dishes. I didn't really like the food. There is no room service at night. My son was denied milk until 10:30 pm because he hadn't eaten almost anything. There isn't even water in the room. And there are no options in the room's refrigerator either. It was empty. As I went in low season, everything was closed in the surrounding area, so there were no options for eating outside the hotel. Unfriendly staff. However, some are excellent, such as Miguel Ângelo at reception and Franxesco at the restaurant. Very helpful and attentive. The pool closes at lunchtime and 6pm. Good infrastructure, but poor quality of available services. Far from Cagliari. Taxi to Cagliari costs between €35 and €40 one way. The beach near the hotel is quite dirty and not pleasant. Unfortunately I had to complain about the services. I don't like doing it. Finally, he ends up offering us the drinks we consumed to compensate for the bad service.

The truth is that we were very comfortable, the receptionists were super friendly at all times, they helped us find buses to where we wanted to go, and they advised you where to eat and dine well. They help you get private transportation if you need it. The room was very clean, except for the curtains that were full of mosquitoes. Very nice and well-kept facilities. The breakfast was varied, the bad thing was the schedule but it is customary in most hotels...
