I am not French and also can’t judge the authenticity of French food. However, I found this bakery as the best French bakery I have ever visited. The prices are premium and so are the pastries, cakes, buns, breads and everything about this place. Just enjoyed our brunch here. Staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful.Remember that you are paying for the quality and freshness which you will definitely get here.Just amazing!! I have to say, I love Première moisson, however their employees aren’t the greatest. And I’m sorry to say that, but we walk in and we are a big family 6 and all you see is the employees staring at my children and whispering to each other. I find that to be super rude especially since every time I go there we spend hundreds of dollars.

Excellent pastries and crossiants. Their coffee was excellent, too. It's more like a local lunch place, but we loved it as a tourist!!

Fancy service, vast selection of dishes to choose from and good quality and cozy atmosphere. Best mocaccino coffee in town!
