The food and presentation were outstanding, and the ambience was lovely. However, we had an issue with the service call cube; it either didn't work properly or the servers simply didn't notice our requests for assistance.

There are numerous areas for improvement. I’m giving this restaurant a 2-star rating because I don’t believe the experience was intentionally poor. I'm surprised by its high rating, as this was among the worst sushi I’ve ever had. I rated it a 2 because I feel confident I could make better sushi myself! The rice was so clumped together that it was like eating a rice cake. The rolls with mayonnaise had an overwhelming amount of it, which dominated the flavor. Additionally, the rice was excessively sweet and seemed to have an unbalanced amount of vinegar. It was also overcooked. The sushi pizza was the most acceptable dish, although a less hard crust would have been preferable. The fish flavor was barely passable, and I suspect the quality may have declined since I ordered it for takeout. On a positive note, the packaging and service were excellent, so I appreciate that. I hope you consider making some recipe improvements, as a few adjustments could really enhance the overall experience.

This restaurant exudes elegance, featuring exquisite decor and attentive staff. I savored every bite of the sushi. I ordered the house specialty, and it was absolutely delicious. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the maki rolls were expertly crafted. The balance between the fish and rice was just right. The wonton soup had a clear broth with a subtle hint of ginger. However, I do wish the wonton filling had a bit more flavor, as it was somewhat bland for my taste. Overall, the prices are very reasonable considering the ambiance, service, and quality of the food.
