Tim Hortons - Cap-Rouge Canada

I went last Friday, the gentleman of a certain age who answered us at the checkout made derogatory comments to my spouse and to me. There were several Clients who were waiting and we heard I found it very inappropriate I don't I will never set foot in this Tim Hortons again in my life.

Don’t waste your time coming here, odds are it’s closed. Only open until 2pm, with so many others in the area, just drive by.I keep forgetting and getting caught coming to this location assuming it’s open just like any other Tim’s. Going to learn my lesson and just forget this location exists.

I arrived early with a friend, the cooks were unprofessional from the start by teasing each other and dropping metal trays without apology for the customers, then in a nonchalant way answered the cash register without smiling. They were cursing in front of customers. We even saw a cashier come and put her foot in the trash cans while making a hell of a noise. Finally I went back to the counter for dinner and I asked Alex to clean the counter before serving me because he was really disgusting and I didn't want to be served on that and he did it after I returned to the table. Subsequently he talked about me in front of any customer conversation moved. Really disappointed because lack of professionalism. They came a second time to redo the trash cans but there they left everything flat. I could share a photo to those interested. I didn't blame the girls who worked with them. Poor them, I fill them. I wouldn't go back there again. Too disappointed!

The only disappointment is to see cardboard spoons and wooden knives that end up in the trash.Where is the environment?

Customer service and cleanliness have improved a little.
