I have the chance to talk to the owner who also knows Spanish, English and hindi and the chef. they will already know by look and taste when the dishes they order, but only to mention, all the kitchen staff is desi indian. when I was hungry, I ordered veg thali and it was treated with my stomach and my eyes. pay a visit once they are near Mexico City. that's worth it!
Absolutely delicious samosas and they can veganize the vegetarian thali, wonderful staff and friendly service
Good food. they have a good choice of Indian food, including seafood options. prices are not low according to the standards of Mexico City food, but it is average when it comes to Indian food. service is generally good, and the speed was good (I waited for my biryani for about 15 minutes, freshly cooked.) definitiw one of the better Indian restaurants in mexiko.
The place is Well maintained , of course it's higher side cost wise, ordered Samosa, tandoori chicken and malai tikka and some juices. Food was good , tasted well but i would like to tell that i felt full even after 12 hours of having the food . I am not sure what happened .
Yesterday It was my third visit to Dawat. Previous experiences were still good. But this time, it was horrible. I ordered Chicken Biryani and Beers. The chicken in the Biryani was completely burnt and due to that the taste was also not good. I have never expected this kind of service from an Indian Restaurant in Mexico. I have still given two star because of previous experiences. Otherwise this time, it was not even worth for 1 star.
