Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

First time customer and I wasn't impressed. Ordered 1 burger meal and took 25mins to get it. I was hoping for a really good smash burger, but it was just okay. Fries were pretty good if you like the shoestring style. Not really good enough for a second trip.

I'm quite disappointed. I love Freddy's and have been going since they came to our area several years ago. However, tonight was different. I waited wow awhile at the drive-thru before anyone acknowledged me. There were no other cars at the drive thru and none that I noticed in the lot. That I could deal with. But when I got my food my burger and fries were so salty they burned my tongue and I couldn't even eat half of either. And I LOVE SALT!I'm pretty disappointed.

Foods good but the service is terrible they treat you like there disgusted to see you there to order

It was ok. Im gonna give it a second try. The onion rings were good.

The place was not clean. The tables were dirty and only 2 other people in the restaurant besides the 2 of us. The workers had time to clean and not doing it. The food was very good. I will do drive up next time.
