Revolution at Beaver Creek Lodge

The restaurant has closed on 29th juni. the hotel and the restaurant are new in possession.

We had reservations for 6:45, came around 6:40 and sat mainly outside because it was extremely hot inside. someone brought us water and disappeared without asking for a drink order. there were two more tables that were occupied on the terrace and seemed to progress normally by waiting staff. after 20 minutes of submission without ever being addressed by everyone, I called chophouse where we received great service.

Eating was amazing. typical high end sections. the personal was decent, but sometimes slow. overall it was a good experience.

Server didn’t know the menu, kept having to go get answers to simple questions. Never brought a beverage we ordered.

I loved the Waygu steak and frites with bernaise sauce. Also had a lovely garden salad and small desert. The whole experience was fantastic!! Highly recommend.
