Feedback gevenEvery time we come to this location the lady working the drive-thru has an attitude of "I don 't want to be here "Today I paid the .99¢ to add banana, and had to send it back because it was forgotten, when the lady came back to the window it was with an attitude of being put out that I would ask for what I paid for. And then the amount of banana for .99¢ definitely was not worth it for me.It 's disappointing because we love coming here when we 're in town, and the food is definitely the only reason for the higher rating
My mom had a gift card for it and took me to get a smoothie. I was having an extremely emotional day ?. My anxiety grounding techniques neither my med was enough that day it seemed.The man taking the order was literally the most patient kind person ever because I was so confused/foggy headed I wasn't understanding the menu. I added pomegranate and he explained it was more a juice but he still made sure my smoothie was the consistency I wanted it. Details are so important to me and it made me feel better.His customer service was so nice and he never got annoyed and he answered our questions. I wish I could have tipped him and I wish I could go there more often but I don't have it right now to spend. I wish I knew who he was id personally thank him for his kindness. The smoothie was Amaaazzzing! It did make my stomach feel better too.
Decided to give this place a try, I've heard mixed reviews from my coworkers but I wanted a smoothie so I ordered THREE for me and my family. Get to the window, I pay and we are only given TWO. I'm a bit confused and ask where the third one is. The woman then proceeds to argue saying that when we ordered we said we actually wanted to change one of our smoothies when.. all we ordered was two chocolate hulk variety and a third completely different banana strawberry variety. We did not change anything, it was a simple order done in less than a minute. We pulled up and keep in mind we ordered less than TWO minutes from when we received our smoothies. They did GREAT service time don't get me wrong. Now also keep in mind we had multiple people we're in my car and none of us said hey change that we don't want it, etc.Regardless we made it clear hey we want a second chocolate hulk, etc and will pay for it. She was combative and wanted us gone and out of the drive thru. And it turns out as I'm writing this from home the Strawberry Banana I ordered also has kiwi in it which is the WRONG one that we did NOT order...there are multiple varieties on the menu and they gave us the wrong one. Not so much of a big deal but my sister is incredibly picky and COULD of had an allergy. It kinda DOES matter yknow?...Also I'm not sure if she WAS wearing a nametag as her hand was covering that portion of the shirt so, yknow theres that too.Turned off ever going to another smoothie king, I'll go to sonic for a unhealthy blast if I want a sweet treat thanks.
They are supposed to close at nine but we pulled in ten minutes before closing and they said they were closed.
My wife and I have been going to smoothie King for a while some things we like some things we don't but overall we get good service at a good price will be going all the time.
