I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for Gabi. She is the most wonderful, kind-hearted, and dedicated person, always hosting with such creativity! Gabi really makes us feel right at home. Thank you, Gabi!

This review is directed towards corporate, but Starbucks really needs to stop closing their lobby, regardless of the reasons given. The pandemic is over, and it's time for them to adapt their business approach. If they're going to close the lobby, they might as well close the entire store. It’s frustrating to place a mobile order with my coworkers, expecting to have a meeting in the lobby, only to find it unavailable.

This is undoubtedly the best Starbucks in Southern Illinois! The new staff is exceptionally friendly, and the new store is absolutely pristine.

The drive-thru service is impressively quick, even when there's a line that extends onto the street. The staff is friendly and respectful, even at 5:00 AM.

Using the mobile ordering feature is certainly the best choice—download the app and save yourself some time!
